IGNOU Grade Card 2023 Live Updates

IGNOU has now officially announced and updated its grade card status for session June 2023 so candidates are advised to check their grade card on a regular basis if they appeared in the month of June & July 2023 for TEE June examination of IGNOU. IGNOU TEE June 2023 is now finished and the updating of the IGNOU grade card is also started by the university on its scheduled dates.

We will be updating our students on any news and announcement made by the university regarding the grade card of TEE June 2023. If you had applied for the Early Declaration then you may check your updated grade card for the session June 2023 from the same section.

IGNOU Grade Card  Release Date 2023

IGNOU Grade Card for the session June 2023 was expected to start updating after 1st August but it was officially started to update from 11th July 2023 as a first update. The grade card will be updated frequently so keep checking your grade card regularly to get the status of all your subjects.

Candidates will be able to check or download their grade cards for June 2023 as well as the earlier session from the given link. IGNOU Grade Card will be uploaded here to explore and download by all IGNOU students. IGNOU Grade Card Status is updating at regular intervals so keep checking your score-card to get new updates. List of IGNOU Grade Card 2023

IGNOU Grade Card is a performance report which includes theory marks, practical marks, assignment marks, and project marks (if applicable) of all your subject so you can get everything about your program and report in one place. In this way, you can check the result of your hard work and writing skills in your selected course.

You can also find the complete marking of all subjects on the IGNOU Result 2023 page. On the Result page, you will get marks for each subject of your selected program from IGNOU University. Candidates have to click on a suitable link from the following to check and download their grade card of IGNOU.

Update – IGNOU Grade Card was last updated in the month of August 2023 for the TEE session June 2023 so candidates can now check the updated IGNOU grade card status for their pending subjects including theory, practical, and assignment.

The above BDP Grade Card has included a BA program, B.Com, B.Sc, and Associates program which is included in the Bachelor’s Degree program. Candidates will find their status on the same page of the grade card report. If a candidate gets minimum passing marks then they have successfully completed their program from IGNOU and he or she becomes eligible for the award of a degree certificate from the university at the convocation of IGNOU.

IGNOU Grade Card Status 2023

If you are a new student then you might be confused regarding the status of your subject by looking for the first time at IGNOU Grade Card Status. Candidates can check and confirm the status of their subjects whether they are passed in the subject or not. If the status of the particular subject shows as “Completed” means you are fully passed in the Assignment and theory exam but if showing “Not Completed” then it means you are either failed in the theory exam or assignment.

How to Download IGNOU Grade Card 2023?

• Now you are at the Online Grade Card section so just enter your 9 or 10 digit enrollment number
• Select the suitable option from the drop-down list (Eg. BDP, BA, or CBCS or Other)
• Now, choose your program from the dropdown list
• and finally, click on the Search button and you are all done
• You can see the complete grade card on your screen
• You can get a print of it for future reference

Candidates have to follow the above procedure to get their Grade Card or Score Card on screen.  That’s it. Your grade card for the selected program will be displayed on the screen with all your subject marks and grades. If your grade card shows incomplete and some of the subjects are missing on the grade card then you just need to wait sometime. IGNOU is updating your grade card with entire subjects and will be updated soon with all subjects and complete marks. Candidates can take a printout of their grade cards for future reference.

Things to Check with IGNOU Grade or Score Card

Since i have completed my examination and have completed my all subjects as well. Besides i have submitted all my assignments and passed all my practical exam and theory in session December 2022, from last three months when I am checking my assignment and practical status it is showing “Check grade card status for detail” but still the subjects are showing not completed on grade card. I have called many times to the said number 01129572212 and there is no response at all, I have also emailed to examinationrcsri[email protected] but grade card is still showing not completed.

IGNOU Assignment Marks 2021 Updated in Grade Card; Check TEE June/December 21 Results

Ignou has updated the assignment marks of tee december 2020 and june 2021 sessions in grade card. students who have submitted the assignments online or offline now can check the status at ignou.ac.in..

Indira Gandhi National Open University ( IGNOU ) on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 has updated the student grade card by adding marks of Assignment submitted by the students for TEE December 2020 and June 2021 session. The students now can check their Assignment marks for Term End Examinations for sessions by visiting the website ignou.ac.in. To check the assignment status, they have to login at grade card. They are required to use their 9-digit Enrolment number to access their Assignment marks.

IGNOU Assignment Status June/ December 2021

Here is an update for the students who have submitted their Assignments online/via email and waiting for an update regarding their marks statement. IGNOU assignment marks of pending sessions have been updated in the grade card. Students can check their assignment status using their nine-digit enrollment number.

According to the reports, students have even reached out to the Regional Centres to check their assignments marks.

Varsity makes marks processing for the last term-end exam session and it is a regular process. Students who submitted their assignments either through Online Link/ Offline (In Physical/ By Post) and through Google Doc link facilitated by the Regional Centres, can check their Assignment marks status.

Why does the IGNOU Grade Card Status say “Not Completed”?

Responses to Tutor-Marked Assignments (TMAs) must be sent to the Coordinator of the Study Center to which the student is affiliated.

When students don’t follow their project manual, they face trouble later on when turning in their projects. As they are unaware of how the approval is taken, they don’t take it till the end. 

As a result, incomplete projects appear on the grade card with an “incomplete” status.

The assignment status is not being updated

Sometimes, the TMA status is not updated on the IGNOU Portal even if the student has submitted all his/her assignments. This can happen when the students submit their TMAs offline but the study center fails to send the assignment grades to the regional office. 

Make a copy of the acknowledgment slip so you won’t have to stress about looking for assignment marks on your IGNOU grade card in the future.

IGNOU has released grade card for TEE December 2022 conducted by the university for various UG, PG, Diploma and other courses. The details mentioned in the IGNOU grade card are the Name of the candidate, assignment marks, TEE theory marks, practical, project, fieldwork, viva, Laboratory marks, Enrollment number, Course code, Assignments status and the status of the course. The format of the IGNOU Online grade card includes the student’s personal details:

And the other details mentioned in the IGNOU grade card are related to students’ performance in the Term End Exam. It includes:

• Practical marks,
• Term End Theory examination marks,
• course code,
• status of the course (Complete / Not Complete )

Those subjects whose status is mentioned as not complete in the grade card will be automatically updated after the evaluation number is sent by the IGNOU SED (Student Evaluation Division).  In the IGNOU grade card, the practical marks are mentioned as LAB1, LAB2, LAB3, and LAB4. Some courses do not have practicals, so these marks will not show on the grade card of these students.

In the IGNOU Grade Card status section, there are two terms: “Completed” and  “Not Completed” . The term “ Completed ” in the grade card status means assignment (or viva, project work), term end exam has been cleared by the students for the particular subject. Whereas, “ Not Completed” in status signifies the students might fail either an assignment or TEE for a specific course or subject.

NOTE : The lab/practical marks are applicable to some programmes.

How to Apply for IGNOU Grade Card/Marksheet?

Those students who have got their full completed grade card, marksheet online at the official website. And also have been awarded the provisional degree, and can apply for the original IGNOU marksheet. This mark sheet will be directly dispatched by India Post to your registered address. So to apply for the IGNOU mark sheet, students need to follow the below-given steps: 

• Go on the IGNOU’s official degree delivery portal- www.onlineservices.ignou.ac.in/idms/
• If you are not registered here, register yourself first using your enrollment number.
• After entering the enrollment number, click on verify button.
• After that, make your password to log in.
• After Completing these steps, again go to www.onlineservices.ignou.ac.in/idms/
• Read all the instructions, tick the term and condition box and click on “I Agree and Proceed” button.
• You will see two options, click “Apply for Degree/Diploma/Certificate”.
• After that, log in to the portal using your credentials.
• And submit all the required documents (like IGNOU ID Card).
• In the end, pay the Application form fee using a debit card or net banking & print the acknowledgment of payment receipt for future reference.

After following these steps, the IGNOU mark sheet will be delivered to your Registered address. And IGNOU will complete all the formalities and your mark sheet will be delivered to you within 25-40 days.

How to Get a Duplicate IGNOU Grade Card?

By any chance, Applicants lost their grade cards or damage them. they can get duplicate grade cards.  Applicants have to pay the application form fee. IGNOU duplicate grade card fee will be different for Indian Applicants and SAARC countries Applicants and Non-SAARC countries Applicants.
