Excellent service. Good communication with tasked prior to the day. He communicated on the day with eta (very helpful). Was very energetic, worked hard and completed the tasks AND cleared up after himself. Very impressed.

Our 2022 Transparency Report has landed

Excellent workmanship and efficiency.

Asadur really could not have been more helpful! He respectfully removed his shoes at the door without me asking and set about his task (several wardrobes) with quiet efficiency, taking great care to position the finished products evenly in their respective alcoves (and in one case) between two wall lights. His workmanship was excellent and his personal commitment (he worked late into the evening as the flat packs only arrived late afternoon) was second to none. I would definitely use his services again. Sally

Assembly of Kallex Cube System

To book a Taskrabbit tasker was very efficient I was told who the tasker would be, I was sent a photo so I was able to identify them. They arrived at the time agreed and the work was completed exceptionally quick. Very pleasant young man, I wouldn't hesitate to use your service again.

Had a few problems initially and was let down at the last minute by our first tasker but Taskrabbit addressed the issues promptly. Once we had two taskers in place everything ran smoothly and the job was completed as arranged, very quickly and professionally. Would Definitely recommend.

The actual build went really well and I am delighted with the end result. The booking process went very smoothly but the number of messages seemed a little excessive. I was very pleased that the Tasker was able to refine my order as the Pax Wardrobe Planner did not show the most efficient option.

Great experience!

Pete has done a fabulous job of assembling a large chest of drawers. Even though the service from ikea was shambolic after having to re-order a faulty part, he made us a priority when it eventually arrived to finish the job and even came out on a Sunday. He is a very personable and friendly guy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him or asking him to do any other work for me in the future.

Simple to arrange and high quality work

Simple to arrange and high quality work I was dreading building a wardrobe by myself (I wanted it built on a specific weekday around other deliveries and trying to source a free friend was extra work) so, I turned to TaskRabbit for the first time. What a wonderful experience. I even left a tip and I’m usually a scrooge. Thank you to Michal! I almost want to order more stuff just to use TaskRabbit again.

The experience would have received a 5…Communication let you down.

The experience would have received a 5 Star award. Actually contacting both Taskrabbit UK and IKEA to reply to the questions proved impossible for me. Even with the help of a lady called Diane at IKEA whom I was on the phone with on the day of delivery it was 40 minutes before she could give the message through to the Tasker. Matthew was excellent. He understood that we had special needs because my husband has vascular dementia. A simple phone call would have much better. Or for me a simple email such as this.

My person arrived on time, was lovely and very helpful. He completed the job quickly and made a great job of it. It was a good experience from start to finish, will definately use again and I very heartily recommend this service.

My tasker was very efficient

My tasker was very efficient, took a lot of time pressure away from me by building myself a 9 hour job done in 3 hours! Would use again. Only downside is that you cannot guarantee anyone will take on small tasks as may not be a local tasker in your area as I am finding for the final bed to be assembled

No show for job

Edit - task rabbit replied, to an email I sent, helpful and quick reply Good customer service from them Had several chat messages with workman, booked to build ikea furniture. On day of task just didn’t show up, no message response when I asked if he was still going to do job. Disappointed

Platform is very easy to use, information and options set out clearly. The messaging feature works well, along with option to call tasker.

Bad experience

Bad experience I contacted Otis D from Taskrabbit for a Light Carpentry job to fix the leg of my sofa which he did the job and the next day the sofa leg got broken again I contacted him again and he said there’s nothing he can do I’m not happy with his services

Task person was helpful and constructed wardrobe well. Only issue was timing - was very late and we were kept waiting in new accommodation. ETA was 3 hours +late.
