20 Link Edited: MathWorks Support Team on 13 Dec 2021 This error occurs when you attempt to assign elements to an existing array, but the size of the variable you are trying to assign is not compatible with the existing array. For example, the following code snippet produces this error: Theme Copy A = [1 2 3; 4 5 6]; B = [7 8 9 10]; A (2,:) = B

1 I am unable to run your code because some variables are not initialised, at least error and X. I assume the Problem is caused because Xsolution is already initialised from a previous run with a different size. Insert a Xsolution= [] to fix this. Besides removing the error I have some suggestions to improve your code:
3 This error means that you are trying to assign to an element of vector blob (size 1x1) a vector a size 1x9. That happens because in MATLAB, a string is a vector of characters: 'rectangle' is a vector of size 1x9, but blob (i) has size 1x1. Are you trying to store strings of various sizes in the variable blob?

Here is part of the code in which I can't avoid the following error: "Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch" at line 115. I do not have this error and the code runs fine, when I take away the main loop for the incremental load and instead have just one predefined value. If anyone can help, I will highly appreciate!
